14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Sealed products

Food supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Once the seal has been opened after delivery, the product can't be returned. Unopened products can be returned in their original condition.

How to return a product

1. Tell us within 14 days that you'd like to withdraw – through the contact form, with your order number.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of letting us know. The cost of sending it back is yours.
3. We refund the price and the original standard shipping fee within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until the product arrives back with us.

Faulty or damaged product

If something is wrong with your product, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
